Shipping policy

Next-Day Delivery (UAE): For items with the Next-Day label. Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the next day; orders placed after 3 PM are delivered the day after.

Priority Delivery (UAE): For items with the Priority label: 3 to 5 days. Orders placed after 9 PM are counted from the next day.

Standard Delivery (UAE): For items without the Next-Day or Priority label: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). These items ship from overseas.

Note: Sunday is not a delivery day. You'll see the estimated delivery date on each product page, in your cart and in your order confirmation.

International Delivery: Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh: 7 to 10 business days. All other countries: 10 to 14 business days.

Shipping Fees:

UAE: FREE on orders of AED 100 and above, AED 9 below that.

Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh: FREE shipping.

India, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar: FREE shipping on 2 or more items.

All other countries: the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight.

Important: Deliveries may take longer than usual during public holidays and peak seasons.

Cash on delivery: This service is available for orders within UAE only.

Import Duties: Customers from UAE and Pakistan are exempt from import taxes. All international orders outside of UAE and Pakistan will be subjected to import duties based on the destination country.
