Refund policy
SALWAR MAHAL offers a transparent shopping experience through pictures and videos of all unstitched dress materials at the product page.
Therefore customers can request refunds subject to conditions:

Customers can return only unused products if informed on the same day of delivery.

Used products cannot be returned. It should not emit odors, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
- For ready made dresses, SALWAR MAHAL accepts returns only if the product is not true-to-size.
E.g. if customer orders size M and receives L or if the measurements of size M is not as mentioned in the size chart. - For unstitched dress materials, SALWAR MAHAL accepts returns if the customer receives a damaged or wrong product only. Customers cannot request refunds if the dress material pictures and videos were provided at the product page.

SALWAR MAHAL does not accept returns for minor color variations of products.
- A Custom Stitched product will not be exchanged or returned in any of the conditions. (For more details, refer Stitching Policy.)
- Items purchased on Next-Day Delivery service cannot be returned.
- Customer should pay AED 15 within the UAE for the cost of shipping back the product. This will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- International customers outside of the UAE must bear the cost of shipping back the product.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-4 working days.
SALWAR MAHAL has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
The refund request has to be raised within the same day of delivery along with paper invoice (via call, message or email) after receiving the parcel.
