Shipping policy
Next-Day Delivery: Applicable within UAE for items with the Next-Day label only. All next-day delivery orders placed before 2PM will be delivered within the following business day.
Note: Sunday is not considered a business day.
Standard Delivery: For items without the next-day label, a standard delivery time of 5-12 business days (UAE) and 12-14 business days (International) will be applied. You may also refer to the delivery time on individual product pages.
Important: Deliveries may take longer that usual during public holidays and peak seasons.
Cash on delivery: This service is available for orders within UAE only.
Free shipping is also available in the following countries:
- Sri Lanka
- Pakistan
- Bangladesh
Import Duties: Customers from UAE and Pakistan are exempt from import taxes. All international orders outside of UAE and Pakistan will be subjected to import duties based on the destination country.
